‘S e seanfhacal Gàidhlig a th’ ann an “Cha do dh’ith na coin an aimsir”. The e a’ toirt orm smaoineachadh air caith ùine ’s droch thìde, ’s ann bhon sin a thàinig an dealbh. Caran neònach, ’s chan eil mi buileach cinnteach dè tha e a’ ciallachadh – ach ’s toil leam e!
‘S e meud na cairte 105mm x 148mm, ’s i air a dèanamh le pàipear 350gsm, le teisteanas FSC.
Tha cèis dhonn, ath-chuairtichte aig gach cairt. Chaidh na duilleagan am broinn na cairte fhàgail bàn.
Faodaidh tu a’ chairt seo a cheannach tron bhùth air loidhne agam.
This Gaelic saying literally translates as “The dogs didn’t eat the weather”, though aimsir could also mean time or season. It makes me think of time wasted and rainy days, hence the picture. It’s a bit of an obscure one. I’m not really sure what it means – but I like it! If anyone has any insight, please let me know!
